There are times when you want to see the code behind of a magento extension, but using magento connect would not give you all the files that have been created. To do that simply go to url below and type the Magento Connect 1 extension key:

There is alternate and easy way of this but be careful when you use ( sometimes, the site doesn't give you proper extension which you can understand via extension size ). Copy extension key from Magento Extension website then paste the following link, you will get both base and copy-paste extension.
